Clear, honest, loving communication is at the core of good relationships. It is normal to have conflict and confrontation in good relationships, but many people lack skills in the resolving of these conflicts in an open, honest and 'unmanipulative' way.

Sometimes people find themsevles 'backing down' or shouting louder to make their point heard or using a number of other unhealthy tactics in conflict. None of which is conducive to good long lasting solutions.

We aren't born with the communication skills to resolve conflict, but we CAN learn them, and it's so much easier than you think.

Courses can also be designed for business clients who need their staff to have strong communication and relationship building skills.
